Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed the following business day. Certain custom, or performance equipment items may be subject to different shipping rates and delivery times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs including many items which are covered under the rates below:

  • Standard Shipping (1-7 Business Days):

    • Orders from $0.00 to $199.99: $7.95

    • Orders of $200 to 499.99: $4.95

    • Orders over $500: Free!
  • Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days):

    • These options vary depending on logistics vendor options which are shown at checkout, contact us for more details or for rush orders.

Need it Sooner?
If you need your items sooner, we offer discounted FedEx and UPS Next Day services at checkout. Simply select your preferred option for fast delivery!

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic (U.S.): We ship to all 50 states.

  • Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Islands: Discounted FedEx and UPS shipping rates are available. Shipping options and prices will be automatically shown at checkout.

  • International Shipping:

    • Canada: Discounted FedEx and UPS International shipping rates are available. Shipping options and prices will be automatically shown at checkout. Please note that all applicable import taxes and duties will be charged at checkout.

    • Other International Destinations: For all other international orders, shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for all customs, taxes, and duties.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues). If you experience any delays, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
