Return Policy

At hansenautosport.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items subject to the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused, and resaleable condition. This means the product must not have been installed, used, or damaged in any way.

    • Used Items: Items that have been used for photoshoots or any other purpose are considered used and are not returnable.

2. Return Shipping

  • Prepaid Shipping: All returns must be shipped prepaid at the customer’s expense. We do not accept returns that are shipped COD (Cash on Delivery).

  • Traceable Shipping: We strongly recommend that you send your return via a traceable shipping method, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

3. Restocking Fees

  • Condition of Return: Items that are returned in a condition other than new (e.g., used, damaged, or incomplete) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and reselling the returned item.

  • Late Returns: Items received after 30 days may also incur a restocking fee or may be returned at your expense.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Items used for photoshoots or any other non-purchase related activities.

    • Custom or special-order products that cannot be resold.

    • Any items that are not in new, unused condition.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the item, we will process the refund or exchange.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

6. How to Return an Item

  • Please contact our customer service team at support@hansenautosport.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and a description of the reason for the return.

  • After approval, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address.
